Our Return Promise
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery. Your satisfaction grows our business, and we want every plant to flourish in its new home.
Special Considerations for Live Plants
Due to the delicate nature of our living products, please inspect your plants immediately upon arrival. Photographic documentation of any issues will help us process your claim efficiently.
Non-Returnable Items
To protect our inventory’s health, we cannot accept returns on:
- Fragrant plants that have been opened from their protective packaging
- Houseplants showing signs of disease or pest infestation
- Custom orders of boxwoods or eucalyptus trees
- Any plant that has been planted or removed from its original container
Return Process
- Initiate Your Return: Email our gardening support team at [email protected] within 15 days of delivery using our return request template below.
- Packaging Instructions: Repackage the plant in its original container with all protective materials. Include the packing slip with your return number.
- Shipping: Send to our nursery at:

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error. - Inspection: Our plant specialists will inspect the returned items within 3 business days of receipt.
- Resolution: You’ll receive email notification of your refund or exchange approval.
Exchange Process
For exchanges (subject to availability):
- Follow the standard return process above
- Specify your desired replacement plant in your return request
- We’ll ship your new plant once the return is received
- Price differences will be refunded or charged accordingly
Refund Timeline & Methods
Once approved, refunds are processed within 5 business days through your original payment method:
- Credit card refunds: 3-10 business days to appear on your statement
- PayPal refunds: Typically appear within 24 hours
Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable except in cases of our error.
